>Email not working...

email is not working - it times out or just spins forever. How do we fix this? I have a customer that can't respond and I tried it personally and it's not working. Please help.

Where are you seeing the spinner? Are you sending from ShareFile in your web browser or through a new email in Outlook?

Both places - I tried it from Outlook and then I went to the web browser and tried it from there.  I had Sharefile support on the phone and she saw it too.  Not sure what they can do to fix it but supposedly looking in to it,
