"the following files were not saved" Drive Mapper error

I'm new to ShareFile. We're using the ShareFile DriveMapper (latest release as of this posting) for our RDS clients. When we try to upload files, we get hundreds of errors that say:

The following files were not saved to ShareFile due to an error:
- lists several files and says 'and 810 others'
Cancel will save a local backup of these files,
I can choose to retry or cancel. Retry produces the same error.

I also tried copying just one file individually and get the same message.

Some of the files did upload fine. But the majority of the files error out. Any ideas?

I too am having the same problem and am also running 3.12.508.1. Our files are stored on sharefile and we get this message on a regular, but not permanent, basis.

Whats does your sharefile setup/deployment looks like?

What if you try to upload those files through the sharefile website?

What I'm doing right now is saving to changed file locally on my PC and moving it manually. Our files on stored on a network server not on the Sharefile Cloud, We ONLY use the Cloud to access older versions of the file, never the latest one.
Thanks
