"There was an error in the application and the operation cannot be completed"

We have an external partner we are attempting to share data with through sharefile. However when they attempt to access shared folders they recieve the following error "There was an error in the application and the operation cannot be completed".
They are using Internet explorer
I've not had this problem with any other partner so expect this to be a problem with local IT.However has anyone any ideas why this may happen? Unfortunately I haven't got any more detailed information re this.

Having the exact same issue, however I believe it is account specific as I tried using a different account and it worked okay. Any suggestions?

Definitely sounds like an account specific issue. Please put in a ticket by calling 1 800-4CITRIX (1-800-424-8749) when you have a moment and we will take a look at it.

Any further information on "account Specific issue"? Would it be the user account or the account as a whole. I can't replicate the error one user has had. Thanks.

It would be a user account issue. We would have to isolate it to that one account and troubleshoot.
