A means of dictating, on our end, how frequently clients receive auto-generated emails from Sharefile

First off, we are loving the request list feature in Sharefile! This is going to make our job loads easier. Our team had a couple of questions regarding the auto-generated email notifications. 
1. Is there a way for us (the firm) to see the notification settings that our task assignees have set up in ShareFile (so we can see how frequently they will receive emails)?

2. We want to be able to have control over how frequently the task assignees receive emails. Can this be done? Our concern is that we have some clients that may need to be emailed once per day with their PBC lists, but we have others that may only need to be reminded once per week.

For the sake of clarity: We are aware that there is a "send reminder" feature for each task in the request list. But, we are also aware that, when we set up a test client, that test client kept getting daily emails about pending tasks up to the due date of the task. As you can imagine, that may get annoying for some clients, and we'd like to have the ability to adjust that setting on our end if at all possible. Hopefully that explains what I'm getting at.
