access report does not groups but does include admin-access for a deleted user

When getting an access report for our data, it doesn't list any groups that have access to folders (which seems to be a known issue), but it also lists Upload / Download / View / Delete / Admin rights for a user that has been long deleted.
Based on old access change report data I was able to recover the user's Id. But requesting (through API) the folder's accesscontrol for a given principal, it returned a 500 error.
So probably there's some old data being stuck in some database that ideally should be removed. How can Citrix support us on that?
