Add both banner and text link just in case recipient's email doesn't support HTML?

I see the option to configure the banner's footer and add a custom link, but is it possible to auto generate a text link to the attached files?  I've seen it done in the past.  Thank you.

Hi kent, to customize your banner or link view in Outlook plugin, you can go to Options -> Inserting links -> Appearance -> Text link.

Thanks for the reply.  I'm looking for a way to add both a banner button and text link to attached files.  Currently I only see a way to do one or the other.

Hi Kent,

If you send the banner from Outlook that supports HTML to a recipient that only supports Plain Text the HTML from the banner will be converted to Plain Text for the recipient. It won't look the best but it will show the link in the email for them.

Hope this helps!
