After clicking the Citrix Files button in Outlook a blank Citrix Files - Login popup appears.  I am unable to log in to Citrix Sharefile

Hi Jason, 

We recommend checking your firewall and/or antivirus application and making the proper allowances for Citrix Files / ShareFile. This could be caused by a ShareFile system issue (see status.sharefile.com) but a majority of the time it's caused by another application blocking access to ShareFile.
