Backing up to Sharefile failing when using mapped drive

I am using the sharefile drive mapper to map the sharefile cloud to my PC.  I use SyncBack Free to do backups of other network volumes to backup drives, and want to sync a local folder up to Sharefile every night.  I have assigned the drive letter for ShareFile (Q:) and have set up a profile in SyncBack to collect the folder to be backed up and send it to the Q: sharefile location.  However the backup fails saying that Q: could not be found even though I can see it right there in the file explorer window.

Oddly, if I trigger a folder sync in SyncBack manually then the backup works, it seems to only be when the profile runs on a timed schedule when it fails.  I have changed the time the schedule runs but no change, still fails.

Is there another way I should be putting the path to ShareFile into SyncBack?
