Can A Folder Be Restricted To Copy Only For Employees

First our environment:
SMB with 6 employees
All have admin and delete rights to all folders

I created a document in Word and saved it to a shared location in ShareFile.
The location of the file is S:\Shared Folders\Folder Name\ using ShareFile Mapper.

That URL was then included in instructions to the others on the team to click on the link and open the document.  Unfortunately, the others get the error, "Sorry, we couldn't find your file.  Was it moved, renamed, or deleted?  (C:\...\document name...)

What did I do wrong?  Or can I not "Save As" directly to Sharefile for others to open?

When you save as, permissions are inherited from the parent folder. Check the sharefile permissions to see who has view rights.
