Can folder templates be added to multiple client folders more easily than this?

As a recent subscriber to Sharefile I have added 400 clients for whom we do a variety of work.  Depending on the nature of the service provided the clients will need one or more standard folder templates.  My understanding is that the only way this can be done is by individually adding the necessary folder templates one by one to each client folder.

What I would like is a way to tag several client folders and bulk add the necessary folder templates.  So for each client we prepare a tax return for there will be a tax folder template with appropriate subfolders.  For payroll clients there will be a suitable Payroll folder template and subfolders.  Some clients will have just tax or payroll, other both.  I envisage a dozen or more folder template types to cope with the range of services we provide.

Note: The clients each have subfolders in a "Client" folder, which itself is a sub folder of the "Root" folder

Hi George,

I would segregate the clients that need one type of template in one set of folders and the clients that need another type of template in another set of folders (and so on), then apply the templates en masse with the bulk option indicated in this article:

"Apply Folder Templates to Subfolders in Bulk" is the section you're looking for.

You are basically selecting the parent folder when doing this, thus the need to segregate the types.
