Can I restrict users from creating new clients with specific email addresses?

We got admin users that can create new external clients, but we want to exclude the ability to add our company email address, so that they don't create clients which should have been employees. Is this possible?

It says in the documentation that this is enabled by default to prevent circumventing employee licensing requirements. This is clearly not enabled on our account since users can create clients with our company email address. I suspect that it might check towards wrong email domain or something like that. Do you know where I can alter this setting?

Will need to call into support so they can see what it's currently set to. It's not accessible via the admin section in the web app currently.
