Cannot locate the files uploaded via ShareFile web login on our local server

We have successfully installed ShareFile - Enterprise - Local Hosting option.

We are able to upload files and see the files via the web login. However, we cannot locate the files on our local server, where the files should be hosted. Storage Zone:

- Customer Managed: ON

- Citrix Managed: OFF

We want to be able to locate the files on our servers to understand where and how it is stored.

Also, we currently have a local shared drive across the organization. The Sales team had informed us that ShareFile is able to replace the shared drive with ShareFile. Would you please confirm how we can do this?

Hi Stacy,

This seems like something I would recommend opening a support case for.  Someone would likely want to examine your setup more directly, in case there's anything wrong with it.

Since this is StorageZone related, I'm assuming you're part of an Enterprise account.  The main page for opening a case for our Enterprise accounts is here: https://www.citrix.com/support/open-a-support-case/

You'd be going through the Technical Support side.

Or you can call in on the Technical Service number on that page (since you'd have to be an Enterprise account and select option 3.
