We have successfully installed ShareFile - Enterprise - Local Hosting option.
We are able to upload files and see the files via the web login. However, we cannot locate the files on our local server, where the files should be hosted. Storage Zone:
- Customer Managed: ON
- Citrix Managed: OFF
We want to be able to locate the files on our servers to understand where and how it is stored.Also, we currently have a local shared drive across the organization. The Sales team had informed us that ShareFile is able to replace the shared drive with ShareFile. Would you please confirm how we can do this?
