Cannot login with company credentials from Windows Security window

I have used sharefile sync, mapper, desktop and I could not login through the Windows Security window which is a pop-up that asks for company username and password.

Here's what happened. I installed sharefile in my pc, and it then a login window pops up. I clicked Login with company credentials and it asks for a domain. I entered the domain (which worked) and then a Windows Security window appears asking for a username and a password. I typed the same username and password as I do with my browser sharfile (which works). 

Then, nothing happens. It just refreshes 3 times until it just stops working.

If you are unable to login to your account, open and click the Forgot password link.

Citrix identified some unusual logins to certain Citrix ShareFile (aka. Citrix Content Collaboration) user accounts. We are requiring a password reset for all non-SSO accounts. Upon logging into ShareFile, users will no longer be able to use their old password. They will have received an email providing a link to reset their password.
