Can't find client profile after initial sent mail via Outlook plugin

When I send a Sharefile attached e-mail via Outlook plugin to an external client for the first time - I am not able to browse the receivers e-mail address or profile under client address book. I need to do that because I want to change the clients password. Please advise. Thanks Rasmus

Hi Rasmus, 

I'm on the Engineering team that works on Citrix Files for Outlook. 

The only way for the recipient to show up in your Personal Address Book is if you requested the Recipient to add their name and email address, or you sent the link that requires sign-in. 

If you did either of these things, and the Client completed the download of the file(s), you should be able to find that Client in your Personal Address Book.
