Change the subject line when users are created by UMT

We use the UMT to automatically create Employee accounts in ShareFile.  The issue is that when the auto generated email is sent to advise them they have an account, the subject line contains my name as the user who did the admin work to set the sync tool up.

According to support there is no way to change this.

It would be good to have "<Company Name> added you to ShareFile" instead of my name for Employees as they are created by syncing with Active Directory using the UMT.  If an Employee invites an external party, the email subject line has the inviter's name.

To deal with this same issue we created a 'service' account in ShareFile with a first and last name that results in 'ShareFile Admins'. This account was then used to configure the UMT account adds. this results in the UMT initiated email to read something like 'ShareFile Admins have added you...'. If you want company name instead you could just set the name of the UMT account to result in your company name.
