Changing Case for a filename in Citrix Files desktop app does not show change

I found a bug/issue with renaming files with the Citrix Files desktop application. When renaming a file and only changing the case of the file name, the name does not refresh to show your change in Windows Explorer. If you log into the ShareFile website, you can see that the rename did work. If you open the file locally again and make any changes and then save, the old filename is used and overwrites the prior change. Forcing Windows File Explorer to refresh does not fix the issue, nor does clearing the cache.

Running Windows 10 and Citrix Files v 4.2.70.0
