Citrix files blank screen after logging in

When logging in I get a blank screen. At this time citrix files still logged in. After this when I try to visit citrix files in the explorer I can see my folders. Then I have to sign in into the folders, normal protocol i guess. But when I try to log in into the folder I get a blank screen as well.. So i can not acces my documents.

Hi Tim,

Both the main login and network share login flow seems problematic, and it's possible that the SAML configuration is not correctly set. Whats the behavior that you see when trying to login from other apps say WebApp, mobile apps? 

Would it be possible for you to capture http packets using fiddler, run these steps and send the captured logs to cfwin.feedback@citrix.com

On other computers this account is working fine with citrix for files. So I do not think that itis a SAML configuration issue. I will try to use fiddler and send them to you.
