Citrix Files client doesn't sync

I have a problem with Citrix Files client not syncing. Sometimes my colleagues do not see the same in Explorer. Sometimes files are missing and sometimes the time stamp is different.

If I "Reset Citrix Files", I guess the local cache is getting cleared, the files match.

One of my colleagues lost a half-day of work because this isn't working. The document was in the local cache but didn't sync.

Does anyone else have the same experience?

Anytime I've had those sorts of issues I have found that signing out and signing back in will sometimes make a difference.  Also, I can't explain why it works but sometimes it makes a difference if you sign back in as a different user and then sign in again as the original user.  Basically, I think sometimes things get hung up from a caching standpoint in a way the program can't address unless you force it to do so.  Last resort is to remove and re-install Citrix files.  I have had these types of issues consistently but not frequently.

I have this same issue from time to time. I hope Citrix will fix this soon. If you choose "refresh content" from the contextual menu, it usually works for me.
