Citrix Files drive unavailable

Running on Windows Server 2008 R2, Files will no longer connect the S: drive. App is logged in and can modify settings etc but it will not reconnect the drive. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with reboots etc but to no avail. I cannot see any errors in event viewer so how am i suppose to diagnose this?

Hi Richard, 
what for a Citrix Files version do you use? 
If it is the 5.0.82.0 Version there is your behavior if you have set a specific GPO.
