Citrix for Outlook issue

I just setup a user with the Citrix for Outlook plug-in. She has an active account, is logged in to the Add-in in Outlook 365, but when she goes to add an attachment larger than 5MB to a new email, nothing happens.
I checked the settings and all is good there. Any thoughts?
