Citrix sharefile resetting account passwords

there are already tons of post with citrix sharefile users pissed at the face that they could not log onto their accounts.  Why was an email sent sunday afternoon regarding security changes?  if this was scheduled we should have been notified in advance.  this was poor notification on the part of sharefile.  was this due to a breach of some sort?

If you clicked the "Forgot password" link and did not receive an email, here are a few things you can try:

Refer to CTX240121 - Did Not Receive Email With Link to Reset ShareFile Password
