Company wide Request file links

As an account administrator, is there a way to view all employee's request a file links? I would like to incorporate them into our email signatures and was hoping there was an easy way to find everybody's unique link.

Unfortunately not from within the Admin access that I have found.  In order to do this for our firm I had to go into each users account and get the link to add to their email signatures.  Make sure to edit the link settings before copying it so you can set it to not expire, otherwise you'll have to go get it again in the future.  If you set it to not expire, then once you add it to their email signature it's there indefinitely.

So you are getting all existing users to log into their account for you to get that link?

For most, others I have their passwords so I just access the account, create the link and save the link into a text file to copy into a hypertext in their email signatures as I update them.  As the admin of the account, your company should have a policy that allows you to access those accounts by openly requesting those passwords.

If users don't want to provide that info, then just have them (if they are using the Outlook addin) modify the request link how they want it (expiration, etc.) and then send you a Request File link via email. Copy the URL that it has in it and then just paste that into the hyperlink in their email signature.

Again, you'll want to make sure for best practice that the settings reflect: Does not Expire and enter Email and Name when uploading; otherwise you end up with a link that expires after X months and a lot of "Anonymous has uploaded" messages.

Ok, thanks for your suggestion. Since the link options can change, I can now see why there isn't a way to view all of the links as an admin.
