Just submitted a ticket to support via email. I get a bounce back stating that they don't monitor email requests for support. Instead they want a phone call. I have never been on hold less than 45 minutes. Then, you don't get a tech. That is only to get you info so that you can be on hold some more. Right now, I have a product that doesn't work and am trying to work thru the worst tech support system in the entire IT world. If I worked at Citrix, I would be sooooooo embarrassed. They deliberately set up a system that is not usable so that they don't have to staff it. When can we expect technical support from sharefile???
