When accessing ShareFile from the web, you can open a folder, click the "More options" and "View details", and copy/paste the direct link from there (tenant.sharefile.eu/f/folderID).
It would help to have this option from the Citrix Files for Windows context menu directly. Now people would first need to "Open in website" and then go through more options and view details.
I see two places where this could be added: similar to the web version, below More options, but since the "View details" is already at the same level as "more options", adding it to the "view details" panel could be an option as well.

Ideally, there could also be a way for sharefile to register a protocol so you could send the tenant.sharefile.eu/f/folderID link by email, and have people running the Citrix Files app open it in a Windows Explorer window directly instead of going through the login process for the web version...

Right now, we see people creating a hyperlink in an email that points to S:\Shared with Me\something\something but that doesn't work for people not using Citrix Files / Drive Mapper, such as client users who only access the system through the web version.

I hope the "direct link" option in the View details panel can be added with minimal effort for the next Citrix Files release ;-)
