Custom Workflow Instance Name Undefined and Status show Interrupted

I'm testing out some Custom Workflows with trigger set as Upload File to a Shared folder. The workflows get triggered properly using my own account but not with other accounts (both employees' and clients'), the newly triggered flow sometimes show Workflow Instance Name Not Defined, always show status as Interrupted and never proceed to next step defined in the workflow.
 
I've also tried granting different permission to the accounts that the folder is shared to but nothing works. 



I was searching around for a explanation but couldn't get any. Hope to have your reply ASAP.

Looks like this issue is a bug in the system. We have our platform team reviewing now. We hope to have it fixed soon

Hi Marques,

I didn't realize this earlier but seems like statuses of workflow instances is not updating if the workflow is completed with the Mark as Complete feature. Maybe the team would like to look into this as well.

Development put the fix in place. Can you please try this again and let me know your results.
