Customize message people receive when they're added to a folder.

I don't like the  default message of "I've added you to a folder" when someone is added to a folder. I would prefer create my own default message that mentions my company and explains what clicking on the link embedded in the email will do.

You can customize the message any way you please, although I don't know a way to save it in ShareFile. If you have a standard message, I'd save it as a Word or .txt file and then just copy and past it into the message text area.

Thanks, that's what I've been doing. It would be nice to avoid that extra step each time, though.
