Damaged files on Citrix Files

I'm using the Citrix Files app to upload files to the source disk in the company account I work with, when I upload them well on disk, but when I try to open them using the Citrix Files app installed on my computer they appear corrupted (0 bytes), but in the The source disks are not damaged, so I have to request the files by mail every time they are damaged.

I'm not sure if I fully understand the issue from the information provided. Are you using Citrix Files to access a network share? Can you provide more details on this?

Also, please complete the Report A Problem form found in the Help menu. This will allow us to attempt to diagnose the issue from your log files.
