Desktop app gives error "Failed to execute action" on login.

My desktop app will not launch.  I thought it may have to do with needing an update or something along those lines, but after uninstalling and reinstalling I still get the same error. 

Any thoughts?

Hi Micha,

Can you please try this  -
1. Go to %localappdata%\ShareFile\Desktop
2. You will see CFG, DB files, cache, temp. Logs and pendingUploads folders 
3. Delete everything.
4. Restart Desktop App and try login in again.

If that does not help, let us know.
