Drag and drop in desktop app didn't upload all files this AM. I had to run out of the office and I dragged and dropped a large folder into the desktop Sharefile with lots of files. I thought by the time i got to my destination I would be able to see them all but no dice. There is min files. I see all the folders but when I get down to like the letter L of files they r blank. Only the folder is there. Also in some of the folders that did upload the subfolders r blank. There is only a screen saver and the power does go to safe mode after an hour or so if no activity is going on but wouldn't the fact that its uploading be enough to have it stay on? What gives? I need to access these files as I'm on the other side of the island from my office. Booo

Hi Tera,

Is it Windows Desktop app or Mac Desktop App. Can you please open a support ticket and submit the logs. It won’t be possible to know what went wrong unless those details are provided.

ShareFile apps do not prevent power off options set by user. It’s possible that is the reason.
