Drive Unavailable on Citrix Files for Mac

We use SAML/SSO for our Sharefile integration. When I use Citrix Files for Mac, I can log in, but then I'm seeing the following error:

Clicking the "Reconnect" button doesn't seem to do anything (no drive is shown in Finder). I've tried logging out/in with no luck. I'm using v4.4.320 build 411 on OSX 10.14.2 (18C54).

Also, if I click on where it says "Click here for suggestions" it brings me to this CTX page, but it gives me a 403 error and says the content is restricted.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Ross, you mentioned that you have attempted logout/login. Have you tried relaunching the application without logging out?

Please additionally use the Report A Problem functionality from the Help menu. This will enable us to troubleshoot the issue from log files.

Thanks!

Yes, I tried quitting the app and relaunching--same result.

I just Reported it from the Help menu. Thanks!

Hi Ross,

I checked the logs and see that the CFMac app never worked for you, as the older logs are also filled with similar error.

From the logs it's evident that the file system driver is not loading. Couple of things to try -

1. Does the OS user has Admin permissions?

2. if 1 is true, it may be possible that the file system driver has not been explicitly allowed (as required by macos 10.13 and above). I think you would need to go to *Security Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General* and see if there is a need to "Allow" the Citrix Files for Mac driver.

Cheers

Sorry for the delay. Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, my user is an OS admin.
2. I don't see any apps that require allowing in Security & Privacy (even with Citrix Files running).

On a side note, I was prompted to update CF, which I did (v4.4.330 build 415). When updating it mentioned this link and I am getting the same restricted error as above URL: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237344.
