we recently enforced dual authentication for all users, including clients. Some clients are having no issues. We have had a few clients contact us to indicate that they system automatically requested the dual authentication phone number but no code was sent and there is no way to request the phone number again. Any guidance? Also there is no place in a user profile for us as the administrator to add a phone number for the users. Is this correct? Seems odd that the administrator could not provide the phone number?
