Hi Mark,

We do use Calibri font for the inserted banner to to ensure it maintains readability and consistency across the board. With that said, I was able to reproduce the scenario where the line directly above the banner is also Calibri font. This may be a limitation of Outlook itself but I will bring this up to our Development and Product Management teams to investigate. Thanks for letting us know!

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for looking into this.  I send over 300 e-mails a month with the Sharefile attachments and always have to change the font type, since I always start with a salutation.  We just moved to the new version of ShareFile, we have been on a very old version, but it become corrupted. The reason we didn't want to update versions was because we like the consistency of the Century Gothic font on our e-mails and when we used the text link it would have a click here and list all of the files in Century Gothic.  All of our materials and printed reports use Century Gothic.  Now in order to list the files we have to use the Banner, the text link will show the Click Here in Century Gothic, but not list the files.  The perfect world would be if we could text link and it would list all of the files, the second best would be if we could get the salutation in the font of the e-mail.  Thank you again.  ShareFile works great for all of our clients.

Sincerely,

Mark

Hi Mark,

I certainly understand the concern based on your current workflow. One suggestion I can make for the time being is to type up your email, attach the files, and then cut and paste the portion of your text you want above the ShareFile banner. Since your text will already be formatted accordingly, you wont need to change fonts at all, just cut and paste. Hopefully this helps!
