Email notifications are not working

None of our staff is receiving email notifications -we use the Outlook plug-in. In addition, when we log into our Sharefile Account there are no new uploads. I have been on hold for support for over an HOUR.

Yeah we're dealing with this right now in the present. Clients have uploaded documents and not only are we not getting notifications, but the documents aren't even showing up in the File Box! Very frustrating. By the looks of the "Related conversations" to the right of this conversation, looks like this is a problem that Sharefile has a hard time solving...

I am getting reports from some of my staff indicating they are having the same problem. In one case, the missing files and notifications were all received the following day. In another case, the files/notifications never came. Yet, when I upload test files, the users receive them right away.
