When creating a support ticket through the web portal, you are not emailed when the ticket was successfully created or given a ticket number in any way. With the turnaround for support generally being a few days, you have no choice but to cross your fingers and hope the ticket was successfully submitted or call in and wait on hold to get your ticket number. This is fairly standard stuff and I am frustrated that ShareFile does not do this. I have provided this feedback in the past and it was completely ignored. Please, email a ticket creator on ticket generation so they have the necessary information and a confirmation that the ticket was opened. Thank you.
