Emails stuck in Outlook outbox.

For some reason, some of my company's ShareFile Outlook plugins get logged out of their associated user accounts. To make matters worse, ShareFile will still convert attachments as if it is working properly but the emails will just get stuck in the Outlook outbox. The emails will then have to recreated since the ShareFile links are invalid due to being logged out.

Is there a way to have the ShareFile Outlook Plugin notify the user when no account is logged in or produce some type of error so that their emails don't get stuck in the outbox?

I'm on the Engineering team that works on Citrix Files for Outlook. 

We have released version 6.3 that should help with this issue. Can you make sure to update to the build linked below?
