Employees downgrade problem

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but when trying to make the 
https://<domain>.sf-api.com/sf/v3/Users/Employees/Downgrade call, I am finding that only the last ID in the list is getting downgraded. So if I do 3, it does the 3rd one, and so on.

    "ID2",

  "ReassignGroupsToId": "<MAIN ACCOUNT ID>"
}

My json being passed in (with IDs edited) printed out as above.

Any advice gratefully received, I'd prefer not to have to have a slow loop doing them one at a time if I don't have to.

Hi Ian.

I tried this request on a test account of mine and am also seeing the same behavior. This does seem like a bug. We will look into this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We were able to find what was causing this issue. The fix is scheduled to be in the 18.1 update which is planned to be released in January.
