Hi Support,

We are using PHP API web service for upload file on sharefile.  - https://hostname.sf-api.com/sf/v3/Items(fo1f68dc-ddb4-41cc-b26c-2f66c7a74c01)/Upload

We tried to upload 7GB on share file and it uploaded successfully.

But when we try to  upload more than 10 to 21GB file upload, I get an ERROR: Error in upload-streaming-2.aspx - 'The running hash has not been initialized!'

Note: Compared hash of file both are same.

Code Example :

$parameters = $client->buildHttpQuery(
[
'index'      => $index,
'byteOffset' => $index * $chunkSize,
'hash'       => md5($data),
]
);

$response = $client->uploadChunk("{$chkurl}&{$parameters}", $data);

Final Chunk URl

 $parameters = $client->buildHttpQuery(
[
'index'      => $index,
'byteOffset' => $index * $chunkSize,
'hash'       => md5($data),
'filehash'   =>$filehash,
'finish'    => true,
]
);
$response = $client->uploadChunk("{$chkurl}&{$parameters}", $data);

Can you please help me on this case?

Thanks in advance!.

You may be hitting your plan's upload size limit
https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208280

The maximum upload size is 10GB. For enterprise plans, that is increased to 100GB.
