Error Message "Due to insufficient memory, the document will be closed."

ShareFile on an iPad - version 7.5.0 - user is trying to open a 389KB document and is receiving the message "Due to insufficient memory, the document will be closed."  I have confirmed there is 13GB of available space on the iPad.  The user reports that it occurred on multiple documents.

Same here, 90% of documents (all PDFs) cannot be opened in client anymore; ever since "Citrix Sharefile" became "Citrix Files".  currently on 7.5.0 latest...  And, for those that do open, rendering is ssslllooowww. Been corporate customer for many, many years but it's so bad that management wants to switch "to something that works ASAP"...    Shame too, Sharefile was the absolute best.

Hi, I have 7.5.0 with IPad and I can open almost all documents... Except those bigger than 100 Mo (according to Citrix, this is a limitation : https://community.sharefilesupport.com/citrixsharefile/topics/citrix-files-for-ipad-cant-open-pdf-fi...)

Before the most current update , this was not an issue. iPads had no issue opening documents of any size. Is it now a service you must pay for due to the limitation?

I dont think so. According to the answer I had, it seems like a technical limitation...

I have experienced this error on documents ranging from 12mb to 40mb. A call has been raised with Citrix who are investigating the issue
