Error message "You have exceeded the available notification limit."

I am receiving an error message of "You have exceeded the available notification limit." after I try to Share and select the option to Email with ShareFile.  It seems to work the first couple times I do this, but by the 3rd time I receive this error message.  I have to share things with lots of clients in a single day.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a limit to how many times we can use the "Share - Email with FileShare" option?

Hi sisleb,

Are you just starting out, or is this an existing account?  New accounts have a pretty low limit to the number of notifications and emails that can be sent out each day to minimize creating new accounts for spamming.  Support can raise the limit for you if you are constantly hitting the limit after they review what's gone out previously.
