Expired Files will not delete from on-premise StorageZone

My on-premise storagezone is reaching capacity, upon investigation I've realized that every file ever created and uploaded is still existing on sharefile data folder.  I've tested this by finding a file that was expired, deleted that file from my filebox then emptied the recycle bin. The actual data file did not delete from folder on HD.  I identified the file by date and size.

What do I have to do to have it delete from the actual drive?

Hi Noel,

I'm unsure if you go through a provider or can open your own support cases, but I would recommend opening a support case to have that looked at.

I had a similar issue and it was due to the queue file not being set correctly.  I know this is 11 months old and maybe Citrix was able to help you but when I had the issue they were unable to find it.

This was exactly what my issue was.  Hopefully you've found the issue and corrected it.
