Using the new version of RightSig. Generated "embed in Website" thumbnail after building a custom application.  It was working on site, then the image becomes broken after an undetermined amount of time - approx. a few hours.  The broken image actually takes me to the application, but the thumb was replaced by the little broken image icon.

Here is the info when I "inspect" the broken image:

I wanted to follow up to my previous post and provide an update.  My issue was elevated and I ultimately spoke with Bradford Shannon, a Product Support Team Lead at Citrix.  Bradford reviewed my post to assess my concerns and not only came up with a solution before calling me - not e-mailed...called.  He patiently walked me through the necessary steps and now the functionality of my custom online forms works perfectly.

Thanks to Bradford - and Eric Krol - at Citrix for saving the day.  Now I can, with confidence, launch a new version of our website, knowing it will work as it was intended.
