export to excel not working on individual folder when looking at folder activity log

Whilst I can view the folder activity log online, if I click "export to excel", the resulting document is blank.

Hey Ben!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've found the issue and are working to fix it right now. 

The fix is currently being targeted to release with ShareFile API 18.38 which should start deploying early next week.

As of today we are experiencing the same error. upon doing activity reports, even those for cascading subfolders, the resulting excel report it generates either has only the last 2 days activity, or in some cases it comes through with column headers and otherwise blank.

I see this was from last week, is the fix for the website still pending? We are on the HIPAA product.

Yes, this fix is still pending.  Accounts are still on 18.37.

Quick update for everyone involved: we've already begun rolling out the latest version of the affected code. The expectation is that it should be fully deployed tomorrow (October 5). 

I do apologize for the delay - our last deployment (18.38) had some additional unrelated issues that needed more attention prior to delivering it to customers.
