Feature Request; allow Client User to use Sychronizer and Drive Mapper

A Client User can only use the Desktop App. The user is not allowed to use Synchronizer or Drive Mapper. Is it planned to allow the use of sync and drive mapper for Client Users? It would be great if you can allow this.

This is local or on a XenApp? Locally I'm using Desktop Sync and Drive Mapper.

Do you get an error when trying to use Sync or DM? Or it's not available for download, then check the "Sharefile tools" section in the Web if the tools are allowed.

Hi Udo,

When you are a Client user, you can't download this app. Only Employee Users can use this apps. The Sharefile Tools are activated. A client user can only download Desktop App. I think, this is by design.

sorry, over-read "client". yes this is by design, for a paid account you can use the other tools,too.
