FileLock: The item could not be found

I've checked out a file in my file explorer but when I try to check it in, a window pops up that says "FileLock: The item could not be found".  The file is not listed in my ShareFile sync as checked out.  The checkin option is still available for this file meaning that it's still checked out.  What gives?

Hi Eric,


Looks like for some reason, the check out state is incorrectly reflected. Does refreshing the content through the Citrix Files context menu option, show that right CICI status?

Can you please open a support case and submit logs, we will trouble shoot it.
