Folders showing in ShareFile, but not showing in Citrix Files

We have shared folders that were created in Citrix Files, which are not showing up for all users in Citrix Files. However, the folders are available on the Share File site. We have refreshed Citrix Files repeatedly and logged out of Citrix Files and logged back in and the issue has persisted. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, is there a known solution?

You're on the right path with "Refresh Content" and Logging Out/Back in.  That usually fixes it for me.  Had a few stubborn cases where I had to actually login as another user, then log back in as the original user to really force it to rebuild everything.  There might be a better way but that's what eventually resolved it here.

  When the folders were created, were the other users added through More Options -> Manage Permissions? Was the log out and log back in for the users who are not seeing the created folders?  What version of Citrix Files is being used? 
  Also please submit the logs for the users who are not seeing the created folders.

No, the root folder was already being shared with me. No others were being added. 
Yes, logout and login was for the users not seeing the folders. 
I have today's log file but I don't see a way to upload on this forum. Please advise

You can submit the logs by right-clicking our tray icon in the bottom right bar and select the “Help” option. Then in the help window that pops up click the last link that says “Submit Logs”.  On the dialog displayed please forward the reference number to CFWIN.Feedback@citrix.com. Thanks
