When a client gets assigned a task in a request list workflow, ShareFile sends an email to the client to notify them. Strangely, it uses the name of our employee who created and assigned the task and the email address of noreply@sf-notifications.com. Some of our clients are replying to the email thinking it actually came from the employee. Then to make things worse, there is no immediate bounce back message from the sf-notifications.com server... instead the client finds out 2 or 3 days later that the message did not go through.
