Hello there,

Currently we are getting 504 Gateway timeout error from sharefile (both in Dev and Prod sharefile urls) when we try to download a huge file of size > 2GB.

This is what our code do under the hood
Try to download all the files/folders under the root/parent SFFolder using a single api call.

If the file size is less than 2GB (or) download time is less than 10 minutes, then the file is getting downloaded successfully, else we are getting "504 Gateway timeout error".

We tried debugging this issue from our company network and our network engineers are confident api request is getting timeout at sharefile side.

Can we increase the api gateway timeout limit to 30 minutes on AWS side? I will provide more details if this can be feasible.

Irrespective of powersheel/java download api is timing out with Gateway timeout error.

Can you please take a look and let me know your input. Any help on this note is highly appreciated.
