Getting sharing violation on Excel Save AND File Manager Corruption

I have recently been experiencing Sharing File Violations from Excel when saving a file to my ShareFile drive.  I am only one using Sharefile.    I can save file to my desktop and even to dropbox and do not get this error.    And Sharefile has recently not been loading up when machine is started. When it does load it corrupts file manager and I have to reboot. Very Very annoying.    Sharefile DriveMapper is critical to my business process and has worked great until recently.  I am using Office 365 Excel.

Hi Fran,

Please uninstall your version of Drive Mapper, download a new version of Drive Mapper at dl.sharefile.com/sfdrivemap, and install that new version.  This was a problem discovered earlier and the patched version is already available.  Based on what you've described, a problem with your installation may have prevented the auto-updater from kicking in and updating you to the fixed version.
