High DPI scaling Windows 10, fix your apps!

My Firm has been longtime ShareFile customers, I see that you guys are rebranding and its a shame you still have poor support on windows for high DPI devices, do your devs ever look at what the experience is like setting up your apps on a High DPI device like a Surface, the font is not scaled at all and is insanely tiny (initial auth, login with my company credentials) and subdomain...also icon in outlook looks horrible...its shocking coming from such a large company like Citrix.

Is there any plans to support High DPI devices properly?  Another example is Sync client, when you try and open preferences it opens with only the top left 25% visible the rest is in un-useable screen space and requires you to drag the window into a viewable state.  *This has been confirmed on multiple brand High DPI devices.

Hi Cohen,

I'm on the Engineering team that works on Citrix Files for Outlook (formerly ShareFile Outlook Plug-in).

Our team has been doing some tests around High DPI display and had a question for you. I also have a Surface (its the Surface Laptop to be precise) and I wasn't able to reproduce the pixelated icon until I set the maximum resolution and increased the zoom level to 150% or higher.

Do you also have this zoom level set?
