Horrible!

I cannot even email support?  It keeps asking me to sign in, but  I am signed it.  So frustrating.

Hi Cheryl,

Which component are you running into the sign in issue with? Is it Citrix Files for Outlook or Citrix Files for Windows/Mac?

So you are able to login to the portal with no problem but you cant not use the sharefile apps on your Mac? Which apps and did you do the cosmetic reboot and reinstall? Mac’s are not perfect :-)
